Lead singer of The Riker Maneuver, Anthony Gullo brings a variety of vocal talents to the group. Anthony has performed extensively in the arenas of opera and musical theatre, and was a founding member of another local cover band, Willie Makit and the Betty Donts.
Born and raised in Flanagan, IL, Anthony was exposed to numerous musical influences throughout his young life, ranging from his mother's enjoyment of country music, his father's extensive love of progressive rock, his stepfather's more mellow classic rock/epic rock fandom, and his stepmother's love of folk music and jam bands. He brings this eclectic style to his set-lists and his vocal stylings range across the board.
In addition to singing most of the lead vocals, Anthony can occasionally be seen with a guitar in his hands, or a harmonica at his lips. Anthony has also written a large portion of the musical arrangements performed by The Riker Maneuver.
Anthony holds a BA in Vocal Performance from Carthage College.
